- In a game as contested as Rocket Racing, it is hard to believe that Epic would oversee a problem as big as this. It forces the community's hand and gives us a reason not to purchase cosmetics from the store. It is only after testing that we as a community discovered just how dramatic the after-effects of this oversight could be.

Dominus may be good (when it's added) but I personally think Fennec will be clear. Time will tell though.
I'm looking forward to the future of RR, this is by far my favorite game mode in Fortnite and I really want to compete in any future tournaments that I can get into.
Hopefully this game will be supported for years to come

Wait they don’t have the same hitbox, like it’s the case for their rocket league counterparts?
It doesn't seem like it. It seems like they all have custom hitboxes. Only time will tell whether this is the case or whether it will be resolved.
In rocket league each car has one of about 6 or 7 hitboxes based on what the look like, this is likely the case of rocket racing but who knows, they might have their own hitboxes made for racing itself

Yes. The lambo has the same/similar hitbox to the Jager. After further testing, the Battle Pass car seems to be even smaller, although the octane has the best suspension by quite a margin.

Thanks for the support! Obviously the channel name and content is very inspired by FWO and Wirtual, but with some of the newest discoveries in the game, Rocket Racing could grow just as big. 30 second shortcuts have already been discovered. I can't wait for more :)

@@SwiftestRouteOnly nope, never Understood why the best players Like Tigeraura still Drive the Octane until now. I'll prefer cars like the Diesel or Jaeger bec they look cool on my Eye.
I saw ppl in Ranked (I'm in Elite) who drive the Octane. For me, this car is "free to win"!
I'm referring to a different tech, which allows you to break out of the barriers and shortcut huge chunks of the map in direct lines.
Not to take away from your point though, it is certainly interesting to see the difference in hitbox.
After further testing, the battle pass car may also have the same sized hitbox but with smaller height, although the suspension of the octane still seems far superior.

Hopefully not more like. It's very hard to recreate, meaning it's only really viable in speedruns which makes them much more exciting to watch considering all the maps are multilaps.
In an ideal world, hopefully it remains in private servers but is removed in ranked.
I feel like you could have explained this under 12 minutes honestly probably like 5 minutes.
As for my thoughts different cars should perform differently but they'd have to give a free version of each vehicle so it's not p2w.
Light and small cars - better suspension, with tight turns and movement but can also be bumped a lot easier and go off course
Medium - slightly improved suspension with decent turns, can still be bumped but less chance of getting spun off
Large - low suspension, large body to hit boosts easier, can spin off on turns but also bumps other players more effectively
Hey man, you're probably right. I'm trying to experiment with a style of video at the moment which does result in a longer video length as a byproduct. However, I have found a method of making it less noticeable. I'm going to trial it in our next upload, please let me know what you think 🙂
