As soon as the topic came to Vaidik meeting with Hafiz saeed,the footage was edited.As soon as Yasin implied that Vaidik was acting on official instructions,the question was diverted.It is now common knowledge that not only was Vaidik sent by Modi to talk with Hafiz saeed but top BJP leader Sudheendra Kulkarni was also with him on the trip.This fact is not known to many because he did not come in the picture in the open.

Yasin Malik according to me wanted to say
1: when will the Kashmir issue resolve, i.e where is the long ago promise for a referendum lost?
2: Kashmir is neither Pakistan nor India.
3: If India is taking initiatives for peace with Pakistan, why is Kashmir being secluded from the talks?
4: If Pakistan is leading terrorism, then is India all clean with respect to Kashmir? -the army brutality and sudden no referendum thing.
5: Indians say that we don't show support when Mumbai blast happened, do any Indian show any support to Kashmir issue?

The agenda of JKLF seems clear that they do not give a shit what happens in Pakistan or India unless its something that affects Kashmir. PAKISTAN HAS NO CLAIM ON KASHMIR.
What does the UN resolutions on Kashmir of 1948 say?
1) Pakistan vacate it's forces from J&K(including Gilgit-Baltistan).
AND ONLY THEN------
2) India takes control of all J&K and establishes law & order.India maintains a force to deter any further attacks from Pakistan.
AND ONLY THEN--------
3) A Plebiscite be conducted only after conditions 1 & 2 have been met. The plebiscite be conducted regionally (Separately for Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit & Baltistan).
Pakistan signed and agreed to the resolution but then refused to withdraw its forces from POK.
When Pakistanis blame India for not holding the plebiscite, they should ask their Govt to fulfill the terms of the resolution and withdraw its army from Kashmir.
