I'm sorry they didn't quite make it as big as they deserved. Krokus were my second group I ever saw live in the summer of '83; with Blackfoot opening up. This is EXACTLY how they looked & sounded that hot August night when we saw them in concert. Great times! Damn I miss the 80s!

To this day, "One Vice at a Time" is my favourite Krokus album. Fact: this was supposed to be the original title, and they were going to put a cannon on the album cover. Guess who had an album come out that year with a cannon on the cover. They had a fit, and Krokus had to make some last minute changes.

Just to set the record straight, The band actually asked Marc Storace of HM band Krokus to audition for them after Bon Scott's death. It was always said that Storace sounded like Bon Scott and this is really evident on this Krokus song 'Long Stick Goes Boom, which many people have mistaken for AC/DC. However, Krokus where an up and coming band and had just released the album Metal Rendezvous and so Storace turned the audition down. In a more recent interview Storace said he was happy with his life, his wife and family, and various business ventures, and doesn't regret his decision

Krokus were influenced by AC/DC. It's on record as such. Why would you think AC/DC were the clone? Krokus was formed in 74, but didn't change their sound to anything resembling AC/DC until Storace came onboard. This song also takes the main riff from Love Hungry Man.
