I would love to have been there with you, haven't hunted in 35 years since my uncle died, use to hunt dove ,rabbits and deer, miss him and the days we had. Keep them coming, ill be watching.

I miss hunting. Due to bad back and bad knees, I am out this year. Although, Lord willing I will be putting a hurting on some squirrel!!! Some people say Im old school, but I love eating squirrel!!!! GOD BLESS EVERYONE!!! Safe hunting this season!!!

What shells and choke were you using for dove?
As a troubleman for the power company.... I can see me rolling up on a 911 call for power lines down and a field fire because JM shot a dove!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Martin if you had to fill a 6 call lanyard for hunting all ducks what would you pick?
Personally I would have 2 mallard hen calls, a teal call, a whistle and the other two would be up to you to match your area. Could fill out with a gadwall and woodie or a goose call. But those first 4 are my go tos

Are you using a 20ga Martin? Do you use that for duck too?
I do use my 20 M2 benelli often for everything. It is the only gun I teal and dove hunt with for sure.
@@JMartinduckman I've heard Jase poo poo the 20ga as a pop gun. I was like, he does realize that the shot flies the same speed and there are just less of them. Sometimes it seems like it just argues to argue! Lol! But what can you expect from a leftie shooting a right hand gun.
I use my 20ga Remington 870 for everything that I don't hunt with a .22.
