I bought a ticket to this concert, but came down with a virus and was unable to attend. I've been wanting to see Tool live for nearly 20 years, so I was pretty heartbroken. So thank you for this video, allowing me to at least see a part of it and be there in spirit. 🙏Hopefully next time
@@friedjubes5991 Don't be a dumbass. It's not just about not wanting to go out when you're ill. It's also not wanting to be an asshole and infect unsuspecting people in your vicinity. Try thinking about other people besides yourself for a change.
So sorry you missed the show. This leg of the tour was really special. Hopefully Tool will be back real soon. This band is a must see live for sure. Hope you’re doing better ❤️🩹❤️🩹
It’s always been amazing to me just how on point band are when they perform. I know a lot of preparation goes into a performance and I know there are mistakes sometimes but nothing really too crazy. I mean, these guys literally have the spotlight on them and they come through just about every time. The instrument techs, the lighting guys, the sound techs…everyone has to be in sync. It’s pretty impressive
Tool has been on my bucket list to see for so long. Glad I got to finally see them in Denver! Amazing talent and they still sound perfect at 60! Gave me even more of an appreciation of their work.
The fast middle part that they started doing makes this song have new life. Even got a rare Adam headband or two when they’re just in the fucking pocket! Rosetta Stoned was the highlight of this tour. This different schism was a cool surprise. 🤘🤘
I saw them in Sydney in 2001. A friend invited me. I had never heard anything by TOOL and for some reason or other had them mixed up with Korn. I was pleasantly surprised to put it mildly.
I kinda wonder if the album version would have included that if they had to re-record it or something. like is this the 'canon' version of schism now? many of their songs still evolve a little bit after an album is finished. thinking of the line in fear inoculum - "inocculated, bless this immunity" - 'inocculated' is vocalized in a much more percussive way on the album than the very melodic take I've noticed in recordings of recent live performances. and there are a handful of other examples that I’m sure I’m not alone in noticing. as a long time fan I really appreciate that they treat their songs that way and don't hesitate to make changes if they feel appropriate
Thank you! I`m glad you enjoyed it! Unfortunately, it was the only song (the last on the setlist) that was allowed to be recorded and I respected it. On my channel, you can also find "Invincible" recorded on October 4, 2023. You may enjoy it as well.
Great show and great video coverage. The Austin show was the first time I seen tool from the upper deck and could see the video screen from a far. I usually sit on the first five rolls and I got to see seeing tool from further back is just as good to see the video presentation. Thanks for posting 🤘
I cant understand how so many tickets are to be sit. I am 50 but I cant understand how one can go to see tool and not watch it standing and moving along to the music. Btw i am a southamerican living in sweden. I know
7:12 it's always in the back or side of Dany the drummer, thats their kind of show, if you are in a Tool's concert is for the music, not for the performance of the frontman, and that video is suposed not allowed, because don't want cellphones or cameras in their performance, in the past they played almost in completly darkness

You might want to do a bit of research about why he does that before you insult someone who is a member of one of the most popular, influential and respected bands out there. His stage presence is different than it was way back when they first started playing shows. There’s a specific reason for everything he does in their shows. He’s quite intelligent and his lyrics, which he calls his voice one of the instruments in the band, are extremely soulful, intelligent and powerful. Watch him perform with his other bands and you’ll see a new side to him, besides his performance style in Tool. He’s an artist. A performer. He has a reason for everything he does. It would benefit you if you knew what you were talking about before making a rude comment about someone in public like that. No offense. I hope you do some research before you comment next time. MJK is a college educated, army veteran and a father. He’s also a part of a wonderful band that has been making wonderful music and making people happy and feel emotions and help heal people for decades now. This band is one that has been helping others through difficult life situations for a very long time. I just saw Tool perform in February for the first time myself. I became a fan in my freshman year of high school, back in 1990. Maynard knows how to perform beautifully, and Danny, Justin and Adam are each phenomenal musicians in their own right. I was smiling so big when Danny brought his kid on stage at the end of their performance in Ontario, CA. He looked so happy and proud to have his kid on stage with him. I recorded that, even though I shouldn’t have, because it made me really happy. The whole band are all good people. I’m so glad that I was able to see them live for the first time ever. If only I could’ve taken my son with me before he passed away. He was a Tool fan as well. Music is magic.
If this was the performance I'd just stay home. Zero energy, lets just stand around guys. Use to be on my bucket list bands and ive seen most I can but this is disappointing.

Great song we know that but the sound is awful. Why put such a bad video?
I am now 65 and still did not find a band better than this! I still remember the first time I heard this band, awesome then and awesome still.
Gentle Giant is great too,or the music of rikard sjoblom
Sleep Token
@@nicok509Holycrap dude. Thank you for introducing me to these bands!!! I feel like I’ve been living under a rock. 😒
The pieces fit

Oh man that sucks so much, I'm sorry. But at least you did what you could to see it but sometimes life just fucks you.

Good job on the cameraman. Very much appreciated
U took the words out from my fingers I love you jajajaja Greetings from Mendoza Argentina 🇦🇷
Just saw them in Phoenix, and then ADAM JONES walked into the comic book shop I always go to here 'Samurai Comics'. I was like HOLY SHET

The best show. I saw them in Florida, hard rock...boommmm....
3:58, that's the craziest "rocking out" you will ever see from Adam during a concert, lol.
I was actually a bit shocked 😂😂😂
This live riff sounds much like Pneuma part with same def strings grinding.
Tool has been on my bucket list to see for so long. Glad I got to finally see them in Denver! Amazing talent and they still sound perfect at 60! Gave me even more of an appreciation of their work.
Ah i was there too. I peaked during Pneuma and it was practically a religious experience.
That was beautiful.

I was here for this and it was awesome!
This was my second Tool show, I was so fucking stoked they closed with Schism! Seeing them do Intolerance and Flood was epic too!
Thank you

Seen them in NOLA circa ‘99. Unforgettable to this day. They’re still a jewel in my lifeline
The added “bit” in this song which they play live is utterly magical.
I kinda wonder if the album version would have included that if they had to re-record it or something.

Amazing video. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
I love tool, and i also love schism. Thank you for uploading this!
I`m glad you enjoyed it. Cheers!
They sound so damn amazing, I was on deployment when they came to my city. I so badly want to see them live
I was there - best concert I've ever seen!
Love it!!!!!! thank you so much ❤❤❤ more videos please :)

They love each other.
Excellent video. Thank you.
10,000 Days I'd say is a good album

was such a great show, was my first concert, you got great coverage.
Congratulations! I`m glad you enjoyed my coverage. Thanks!
Danny's drums are so clean especially that ride! All around great performance. Chancellors bass seems to have a bit more treble
Bajka do potęgi...❤❤❤❤
Kudos on taking the risk to get this! Excellent footage! They are crazy strict about cells/videos.
They actually encouraged people to get out their phones for this track. 🤘
My understanding is usually the last 1-2 songs you're allowed to film it
@@arjunbalaji89 Yeah he's like "thanks for being chill, for this last song, break out your phones." it's kinda slick.
I love that they still do their own pedal switches.
Great band.
I wanna go
6:52 on = eargasm. Adam is so under appreciated
Peak Justin at 5:00 . No other bassist even tries shit like that

Brother, everyone stands. Everyone. Regardless of seat.
Saludos desde cuba ,no se por qué es tan difícil encontrar un concierto oficial
Ot grupa młodych ludzi których warto posłuchać
I was at this concert , I FUCKING ROCK
I see a few GoPros around the stage. Hopefully this means some official recordings will be released.
kurwa to jest... awesome ! przyjezdza to gdansk plisss
I wish you would have captured Manard he amazing vocalist not just Adam Jones but I can tell your a guitarist and that’s respect, love the band.
From Argentina, thank you Tool
Don't get me wrong, Maynard and Danny are the best but I love the fact this focuses on the genius of a very under appreciated Adam Jones 👍
it's crazy that it takes the whole song for the pieces to finally fit
I guess I didn't watch them fall away though
DANNY CAREY, Genius 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼⚡️⚡️⚡️
What's with the mics on short stands in front of Adam and Justin and the smattering of GoPros around the stage? Footage for a live video?
The most innovative band since Pink Floyd 😎
Where was this filmed
The description say Ball Arena (Denver, CO) Feb 5th 2024
Very surprising from an American band. Are they successful ? Do they have an audience ?
Seen them in straya twice. Second time I'm brisso was shithouse. Boiler room was sick though
Where’s the singer?

Lubię.,... Ale jak ostatnio w pl Polsce policzyłem . .. miliony...
Mitch Cumstein
singer hides in the back & no stage presence
He believes in band equality and doesn’t want to always be center of attention
Nobody does any running around because they're concentrating
not your typical stage hog
go see Motle Crue

Ammm.. Where is Maynard?
Maynard is always in the back where you been
where he always is during a concert
He is the unknown
Back in the shadows as always.
Without Chancellor they are shit
