    Temple Founding father;
    Brahmashri Vittaldas Jayakrishna Deekshithar, son of Brahmashri Rama Deekshithar, hails from the Guru Parampara of Sengalipuram Brahmashri Muthannaval (Sri Vaidhyanatha Deekshithar) and Sengalipuram Brahmashri Anantharama Deekshithar. Brahmashri Vittaldas Maharaj is also the most blessed-disciple of the Guru Parampara of Gnanananda Giri Swamigal of Dhakshina Halasyam, H H Sri Sri Sri Haridhos Giri Swamigal (Guruji) and Paranur Mahathma Brahmashri Krishna Premi Swamigal (Sri Sri Anna)
    Sri Gokulam Goshala is located on the banks of river Kaveri, in the holy town of Govindapuram. It is built on 20 acres of land and shelters more than 1000 cows of which around 450 are Indian breeds. A nearby region is used to grow a special variety of grass, specifically for these cows. This special fodder helps in maintaining the general health of the cows and also improves the milk yield. Another Goshala is also being erected in the vicinity to house more cows and to provide better infrastructure.
    Sri Vittal Rukmini Samsthan in Govindapuram, District Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, is a sacred centre of worship where bhakti (the spirit of devotion) is unmistakably in the air at all times. The worship of Sri Pandurangan and Sri Rukmini Devi is carried out here several times during the day as per an elaborate system called ‘nithyothsavapaddhathi’ in accordance with the Premika Sampradayam established by Sri Sri Krishna Premi Maharaj. Visitors are always deeply touched by the lyrical quotient and the musical nature of worship which is unique among all other temples in India.
