  • It's really been far too long since I last said I would build the inertia dyno. In this video, I will be building the electronic part of the inertia dyno and also testing the software to see if it works with my build (if you build it right it will definitely work, but I'm not too sure about my soldering skills).
There are a few things I did not talk about too much in this video. For detecting RPM, if you look on the right side of the Ardyno shield, there are 3 ports, the top right hand corner is for the engine rpm and you only need one cable that connects to the S terminal of the port. For the port in the middle, you need to buy a Hall effect Sensor and connect to the port. This sensor will be responsible for detecting the rpm of the flywheel.
For the Hall effect Sensor, ‪@2STROKESTUFFING‬ recommends the Honeywell 1GT101DC. You can probably find it on Amazon.
For the Arduino board, get the Arduino UNO R3, you can probably buy from their official website or on Amazon.

I’m building a Dyno and your video helped me a lot, I hope you upload the second part as soon as possible. It’ll be a blessing if we could connect, the dyno will be a success.

I run a dyno with simple dyno but I used cdi performance parts plug and play sensor kit. If you want to try it out free let me know just make a video on it it's comes tested and it's plug and play no work. I run a dyno and 99% of the people that try simple dyno it doesn't work. Thanks brother
