Wszystko wskazuje na to że ona zginęła w tym szpitalu. Stefan w jednej z końcowych scen wpatruje się w jej ciało, widać dokładnie ciało dziewczyny w niebieskiej sukience.
what happened to girl at the end? one of nazi found her and then suddenly when stefan crossed the river, she was there .. can someone please explain to me what really happen..

There is really high possibility she's dead and her being at the river is just this guy imagination
I think she was raped to death and her body was in the pile, at the end it was just Stephan's hallucination after everything he went through
Ala is killed off screen. Stephan imagines he sees her by the river
Shes got raped by german army and she released after that
