    Ingredients 材料:
    1 piece waxed duck thigh (腊鸭腿)
    2 pieces Chinese sausages (腊肠)
    2 pieces Chinese sausages with liver(润肠)
    2 pieces cured meat (桂花肉)
    4 mushrooms, soaked (香菇)
    600g fragrant rice (香米)
    750ml water(水)
    2-3 tbsp cooking oil (食油)
    1 tbsp minced shallots(葱头碎)
    1 tbsp minced garlic (蒜茸)
    Seasoning sauce:
    1 tbsp oyster sauce (蚝油)
    3 tbsp light soy sauce (生抽)
    1 tbsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油)
    1 tsp sesame oil(麻油)

    Thanks for this video. Very detailed. One of the key special feature of this dish is the burned rice at the bottom of a clay pot. The burned smell and taste are what some people are looking for. One can't get that from a electric rice cooker.

    我也嘗試作了,非常好。
    至於英文對 臘肉 的 「臘 」的翻譯
    可能是和 蠟燭 的 「蠟 」 弄錯了
    發音同,字是不一樣的。
    臘肉的「臘」是 臘月的臘 (冬季)
    在臘月 時 煙乾製作,以待年夜飯之用
    英文 的waxed 應該是直譯出了
    中文的 同音錯別字
    搜尋一下,發現還不少人用Waxed meat !

    I thought its better to use stock for boiling rice? More aromatic?

      The best way is Rice cooker! Cause its good to steam water away and keep rice soft but enough dry! That's the best talent tool for the people who likes rice
