I don't have Relic of the Fractal, but it shouldn't be more than a ~1-1.5k difference.

Why do you use relic of akiim and also what triggers it there’s no disables is there?

Terrify (shroud 3), Executioner's Scythe (shroud 5), and Grasping Darkness (greatsword 5) are all skills which disable. In this case, Terrify and Grasping Darkness are each triggering the relic during each loop.
