Ash won the big title on Gen 8, he became THE champion in a tournament with a bunch of champions from others regions.
He beat Steven from Gen 3, he beat Cynthia from Gen 4 and he won against Leon the unbeatable Champion of Gen 8 in the final.
Even if Ash had his plot armor, these fights were pretty good, the chilling with the Pikachu moment in the end, damn that was good 👌
