As far as I've heard, reverse grip flat bench press actually activates upper chest more than incline bench press. Any comment on that?

Hi buff dudes ! this is really good program to follow thnx a lot, and i think i managed to finish the first "12 week program" and then should i continue the volume 2 workout plan or should i repeat the same routine or what... ? Please i need a reply cause i m affraid i'll spoil this entier program after all i've done !

ive notice for my personal workout. if you use a lower weight with the rope extention and try to keep the rope taught throughout the motion it really helps with the TUT

I saw a 30 days, 100 rep push-up challenge and sent it to a friend. He whine about it being a lot of reps, so the next day was high rep chest day. One the incline press, I was doing sets of 15 reps with sets of 25 push-ups between the sets. In just that one exercise, I did 150 push-ups. The next day was high rep arms so I did the same thing. Push-ups between sets. I did 200 push-ups that day. Those really kicked my butt but I'm an old buff dude of 67.

Yep creatine and protein is all you need bud
Frank West You don't need protein shakes and creatine. They'll definitely help, but if you want to be healthy I wouldn't recommend either.
2012XF3 Creatine breaks ATP down into ADP, which produces energy. It basically helps give you energy, but it also draws water into your muscles, which can help them to repair quickly, but the affect wears off within about a month.
2012XF3 You have to take a break off of it for a few moths after a month of using it
This is basically my exact workout except I do incline dumbell press instead of the bar.

Nice workout, I love cable crossovers. For triceps I really like reverse grip pushdowns. Really gives me a good pump.

So many chest isolation exercises, i normally do like 4 sets of presses and then the isolation movements. Am i doing too much lol
