San Gabriel River Trail - Georgetown, TX

I was in Texas building ACL when a fellow rigger buddy and I decided to go on an adventure during an off day. This hike was called the San Gabriel River Trail. It is located in Georgetown, Texas. Half of the hike was covered by trees which was very nice. We went close to sunset to beat the heat of the midday temperatures. The water was perfect. We had cliffs to jump off of. At the end of the trail there was a beautiful natural waterfall. I highly recommend this hike if you ever have the time. The hike is pretty level the whole time. The cliff jumps were a blast and who doesn't love waterfalls????!!!
