Growing up in the Miami-Dade area I'm going to rent a house in Coral Gables. I'm living in Vegas right now and have just been here too, too long already? And have healed alot of my childhood traumas already, so I'm ready to go back to my roots and The City Beautiful, Coral Gables is it.. It just checks off all the boxes. I am alone with a small dog and I do want a pool. I grew up in a Pool, or on the beach. So a pool is a must for me. And I will get a Screen pool enclosure, if it doesn't have one already? My Aunt had one on hers, and it's just a very sentimental must for me? Other than that..as I'm still adding on more streams of income. Then I'll be looking into buying a Home there.

Hello, can you talk more about saving for a down payment? I am actually about to move to Fort Lauderdale from Georgia after graduation. And the rent prices have me 😬😬 I’m having a hard time seeing how I’m going to pay my rent AND save up for a down payment (while also putting money in my 401k/Roth IRA for retirement)

The first house was a mess no wonder it's been on the market 200 plus days showed horrible from your video, always think about flood insurance and storms that could be coming in. Hearing that a seller accepted an offer 50k under asking is like a dream land to me! My boyfriend and I are in the market to buy in Denver area and houses are all going 75-125k OVER asking, when the ask is already higher than it should be. Denver market is ridiculous. We are about to give up. Good luck!
