You can Enable/Disable international transaction through Pnb One app or Atm or Internet Banking facility....i think they do not have facility to apply online debit card(visa) and i even do not use pnb one app or internet banking cannot say whether online facility available or not.....visa or master card both are accepted globally hardly any difference....in pnb they are not issuing mastercard platinum debit card as per my branch employee information 😀👍

No, you can't get it via PNB ONE. Visa Gold has to be applied via the home branch. By default, PNB ONE issues you a rupay classic debit card. Still, they don't have a feature there on the app to choose a particular card variant 🙁
