- This series is all about sharing what other modellers are doing in their workshop. In this episode we'll meet up again with John whose building an RC Slingsby T21 Sedburgh glider, a four metre beauty. With a bit of luck we'll get to see the finished models, if not at the maiden, then in the air, cheers.

John shows us his progress on the Sedburgh T21 Slingsby glider, this model is going to look fantastic on the tow line for the first time!
Amazing to see John's progress with the Slingsby. A big model that I'm looking forward to seeing in the air. Really enjoy these features. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching and commenting Andrew, she's going to look stunning 👍
As much as marvel at the modern sailplanes coming out of Europe, I’ve always liked the vintage birds from the 1930’s. Looking forward to seeing John finishing this, as well as your “new” ginormous vintage bird. Thanks for sharing.
Between the Wars was a glorious time for aviation wasn't it Angus, such innovation going on, John's model is going to have a fantastic maiden flight of that I am sure
Hi John, thanks for sharing your build with us all, it looks amazing and I can't wait for the maiden!.
Thanks for following along Kev, I know of at least one builder who's been inspired to start a big soarer after watching John's build 🤫👍
Great project John, really looking forward to seeing her airborne. Thanks Cliff.
You and me both David 🙂👍
A very interesting update Cliff and John. Its great to see ideas and supplies shared around our club.
Thanks Rob, missed you today at the aerotow, have a great holiday 🙂👍

Wow brilliant , more of these please . So much to learn .
You've got that right Alex 🙂👍
Very nice to see the progress, especially on such a huge model. The attention to detail is really inspiring. Thx for putting the series together!
My pleasure Andrew, it's been great 'peeking' into other modeller's workshops hasn't it, cheers
Great stuff John and Cliff 👍😎
Thanks CC 👍
Cliff this is a great series. What a build! John is a master like you. That is going to be beautiful!
Thanks Adam, the series has been well received. It's going to be like we're all with the builders on maiden day 🙂👍
Great build and I'm very jealous of his workshop!
You and me both Bob, a nice long bench with a pleasant outlook 😁👍
such a good build nice one cliff crack on
It's going to be great Barry 👍🙂
Great watching a couple of modellers bouncing ideas of each other, you seem very bitter about the lack of biscuits 😅
I think John missed my remark 😁, more were available just not within scoffing range 🙂👍
I do enjoy these meet the builder videos a lot, especially when it's someone doing one of the things I love, Scale sailplanes, wonderful, now, I see you said you could help John with his cockpit edging rather than the silicon, Automotive vacuum live comes in black and in a few sizes that could just work if your stash didn't have what he needed
Hi Alexis, I thought you would enjoy it, good tip about the vacuum line, I think he's sorted now but I'll check it out next time I'm in a car accessory shop 🙂👍
John what an amazing glider and build, looking forward to your maiden. Cliff these Balsa Dust Chats are great. Jeff in LA USA
Thanks Jeff, I did wonder if they'd be popular 🙂👍
@@CliffHarveyRCPlanes Cliff if you keep videos of what you like you'll be set.
@@JeffinLowerAlabamaThanks Jeff 🙂
Muy muy bonito.Me lo pido
Thanks
Great video Cliff. Picked up a few tips there thanks. Admire John's efforts and enthusiasm. It's given me another kick up the bum to get on with my build. 😂 Is it destined for slope soaring?
Thanks Jim, take a screen out to the workshop and watch as you build ... things get done that way 🙂 This model will be aerotows, we've got plenty of hills around here but none with a nice road going to the top 😁👍
