Lord Doggo Always keep on looking for motivation on why you want to learn the said language in the first place. Always immerse yourself in Japanese media or outlets that have piqued your interest in learning the said language.

Man, I've noticed that when you tell people you speak Somali or other language they get happy (shake your hand, offer free food, etc.) but when you tell them you speak other languages I've noticed they get sad like .."Damn I thought my language was special" then they get somewhat turned off....like in this vid, the guy on the left said he had to go once you told him you spoke Chinese, Arabaic, and other languages.... I know you want to LEVEL UP and show them "you da man" but maybe be reserved if they really take you in and not tell them about other languages...I think that would have a bigger impact on them when the conversation is over...just a thought..... I started to learn chinese like 3days ago at 6am and everyday since then I started using Duelingo.. When I start to get burnt i take a break watch vidoes like this then continue in the lessons with more and more modivation... Also i have gone to 2 places already and tried what I know. I cant tell you guys enough how nice people will get and try to help even when all you know is things like ni hao ma, xiexie, wo Jiao kyle.. Wo hen hao, ni ne?.. Ps I need to get the correct keyboard beacuse I do know some of the correct tones:p
