Watching Britain’s Next Top Model brings back all kinda memories that I was happy to leave in 2009! The only way a reaction video was gonna happen is if my good friend Maddie Wheatley from my season of BNTM could join me and hold my hand!
So we react to (or talk over) Episode 6 which was the photoshoot in Iceland’s Blue Lagoon and then we go into Maddie’s elimination.... can you remember who was in the bottom two with her?

Just found your channel so I'm going to have to binge watch a bit :D I didn't even realise it was the Blue Lagoon at first but dang they didn't let you guys in it, now that's a crime. It's really amazing, granted I haven't been in the Lagoon for probably 15 years because it's so expensive xD Hope you guys liked coming here aside from the cold ^^
Great to see Maddie! This was one of the best shoots of the cycle. I really thought they were setting Daisy up to be in the finale after this... how wrong I was lol!

You both look gorge. This was fun.
I thought a lot of the pictures were "average" and it was none of you guys fault. The one you prefered with the headdress, has amazing lighting which is why it looks so good in part. Sophies and Maddie's are both so DARK. It seemed they were using natural light and losing light. That was kind of dumb.

She was defo a character but honestly I don’t remember much! Her personality only came back to when I saw her commenting on the shoot for the first time!
I know you enjoyed ANTM than BNTM for sure, though I always kinda appreciated BNTM's lack of drama too? I've seen my own share of both franchises and I always thought BNTM felt less produced and contrived and more chill.
It was so nice to see Maddie I loved her on BNTM and found her robbed since her elimination photo was hot ❤️

Can't wait to watch this! Have added to my list for tomorrow. Loved watching BNTM when it aired. I remember this episode. Iceland is a beautiful country. I actually went there this year in January for my 10 year wedding anniversary before Covid took over the world! Saw the Northern Lights too. ❤️ Seems like a different time already. 😳

I remember absolutely disagreeing with the judges on the decisions this episode. In fact. Most of the winners of BNTM were quite controversial to me. But on this season, Annalise, Jade, Hayley and Maddie were my favourites
I get it when you said I don't plan to recap BNTM. Its kinda funny, the comments you received on panel wtf everything is kinda wrong p.s. I like your dress that you turned top from the haul video
Yeah sometimes/most of the time didn’t agree with the comments on ANTM but they didn’t hurt me. The comments on BNTM attacked who I was/am as person and I felt it then and I feel the same hurt watching it! Plus maybe I hadn’t developed my thick skin on BNTM

Lol, I remember watching this a long time ago and now I'm watching your reaction😅. I don't like Sophie and Ashly here because they were so mean, but in ANTM I kind a like them. And for you, u didn't shine for me only your personality, but in ANTM u shine both in pictures and personality. I was rooting for Misha and Hayley since the beginning. Thank God Misha won. I really like Misha over all performance and personality.

Thanks for posting a recap of BNTM!!! Too bad you weren't able to show the Ashley/Viola fight for this episode, assuming not allowed to show profanity on your channel. I love Ashley. It always seems like anytime she gets just a little tipsy, she's more prone to get into arguments with the girls.
Elimination seemed so stressful. I wanted to give both of you a hug watching that. I feel like they definitely sabotaged Maddie's pic. The overall lighting of her shot seemed very dim or just dull in her pic. I think it's funny how the judges always try to find excuses for why they put you on the chopping block. Are you actually friends with Mecia? The edit on the show made it seem like she didn't like you.
Ashley is a full on character I would luv to do a video with her! Elimination is def always stressful lol and the feedback was always so wishy washy. I used to hang out with Mecia quite a bit after the show, but we’ve lost touch over the years

when the crew are in parkas and scarves you know it's bad, also, when the judges, including Tyra, putting down the models for wearing their hair exactly how they made them over, Like fringe hiding the face when she had it cut.

Do BNTM always shoot in some terribly cold places? I've watched Alisha's cycle, and they had a photoshoot in snowy area in snowstorm. Not sure what the country was. It feels awful anyway.

Most of the photos chosen are simply you girls standing there - wearing the clothes. I’m sure everyone did more than what was shown but the pictures chosen feel really flat and boring. Which is really sad cause the location was gorgeous.

Maddie’s shot wasn’t great because the lighting was crap. How come the lighting on all the other shots is beautiful but in her’s is all mostly dark and shadowy? 🤔 suspish
