@@FXhome I am on the Blender part of a Nintendo Studios logo with Nintendo game footage and Smash characters in the intro. Oh! And I also have Nintendo manga flipping and the Joy-Cons clicking at the bottom. Should my 3D logo start at the dot of the I or the E in the wordmark?
I know they mentioned this project is not suitable for beginners, so i chose to watch this in 0.75x and went extremely slow. I can assure that even a first time user like me can do it if they try. That's how great this tutorial is.

my face orientation was full blue in one try :D yay :D i do am having ton of difficulties editing the material layer, as this is fast but i dont have much time to learn lol but i appreciate this!

Please, Make a tutorial for creating an explosion fx whith the particle simulator, because the built in effect is not realistic (sorry !), So if you have suggestions to create a good explosion whithout green screen footage what we can change in different footages, tell us !!!!

when i export the UV layout and import then into hitfilm, the videos are not in correspondence with the letters. they are smaller and unproportional.
But, why there isn't radian reveal effect in my application :(

I've been editing a project of mine for 4 months, and now that I finally finished editing it, I can't export it. Whenever I try to export the video in any resolution, Hitfilm Express just gives me an error message that says "bad allocation", and another one that says "Gl out of memory. There is not enough memory left to execute the command". I've exported many other projects in this laptop I'm using right now, and none of these errors ever occurred before.
My specs:
RAM: 8 gb DDR
ROM: 1 tb hard drive
Processor: Core i5-8265U
Graphics card: Intel UHD Graphics 620
OS: Windos 10 64 bits

I tried to do this, but blender did not like me. So I have to figure out how to get it work
Thanks for this guys, throwing myself in at the deep end, decided to start with the logo in blender and having massive artifacts when i select the faces and inset them to create a border. i see them pop up in your video but they are gone right away, mine seem to be staying, could it be because i am using lower caps and upper caps?
Nope same thing, multiple fonts and caps on and off, i do not understand what i am missing.
I need help, i can´t set different colors for the letters. it doesn´t change the color.

This tutorial is outdated I think. There is no Animation folder in Effects, so I'm stuck at the step when I need to add Radial Reveal effect, which is nowhere to be found in the program. I understand that some effects like Half Tone Color is an addon You pay for, unlike for normal Half Tone effect, and if You use it without paying for it Your project has a watermark. But some effects seem to have been removed. I hope someone explains it to me, or even help me out with it, maybe I'm wrong.

Can you please post that link and a link to the used script, as I am stuck at this point. Thank you very much.

Very nice intro !!! just one question is that really necessary to use Blender, unstead of the 3D effect in Hitfilm Pro ?
Thank you! Yes, Blender is required for this intro sequence. The 3D text tools built into HitFilm do not allow textures to be mapped on in 3D, so you wouldn't be able to apply the videos to the sides of the 3D letters. You can do more of a 2D style intro without using Blender. I have an old tutorial on my channel for that if you are interested :)

I wish you went over unwrapping letters with objects in the middle (like the O or an A) because I cannot get it to work :/ some edges are (idk terminology) connected to each other?
What about the red 10 that the Marvel Logo has? Right before the ending?
You know it, when you have done much things without saving your video between, and then comes it blue spinning and you think "Oh gosh, please don't freeze!"
Ironically I also have blender installed with Hitfilm Express

Hello, I got to the part with the UV overlays for the videos on the walls of the letters. I ran into an issue where the unwrapped overlays (png converted to composites) are smaller than the areas in the 3d model & it repeats on all sides of each letter. Do you have any idea where I went wrong?

select all the corners by pressing alt+shift and make sure u have selected edges option at the left top corner then right click and select option bevel

I'm trying to see if I can do most on Hitfilm Express, but the radial reveal doesn't show up, even as an add-on. Is there another effect I could use on the transparent people compositions instead of radial reveal?
