Awesome luxury at it's finest the view, the futuristic atmosphere and just that it seems effortless to live there. I believe you have to have Oprah's money or Beyonce's, and not a regular person who have retired after doing 30yrs or more and raised an average family. Glad this exist for someone's pleasures. JUST FABULOUS
Nice idea, and based on virtual rendering looks incredible; Only time will truly tell if it is an amazing idea that works. The elevator idea is, at least in my mind, going to be a hardship, as these are not your average vehicles driving up in these apts. I can almost guarantee that 80% of the vehicles owned here will be non-stock; the other 20% will be expensive enough as they are that any dings or scratches the lift system causes will more than enough to set Buyer's Remorse. That being said I'd love to see this building in person; Just watching the cars move up and come down the building's side and drive off would be so interesting to see.
I live across the bridge in Aventura...traffic is going to be a nightmare with all the construction and new residents, already is...I guess that's the price you have to pay to live in the city. Not complaining...I actually love it.
