It’s about traveling. Plus u mistaking on the resorts. Especially luxury. They know what to give millionaires and billionaires that have everything. That’s why travel is big

I would go out for beach vacations to watch sunsets.
The glossy finish in the kitchen is Ebony Macassar. It's a very expensive, exotic wood. Miele is well known for the refrigerators. The brand is the best of the best. Having both in your kitchen is a sign of extreme wealth.
I heard about this Condo about 2 years ago , my mentor , showed his team a sneak peak of this building, his, him and his 2 children lives there, and thanks to your channel I see more of it, the entire condo, keep up the good work.

One mention: The view of living room was pretty much screwed up by placing that jacuzzi in front of it and not have those 3 windows from floor to ceiling!
Lol there are two exits to the terrace with floor to ceiling windows. I’d rather have a pool than no pool
@@JasonMatouk No, no, not without a pool, but it should be in one of those corners, maybe on the left side of the terrace or it could fit even on the right side where the terrace is semi-enclosed!

Temperature controlled garage because... I live in a small beachfront condo in Florida and without it, things on your car that you didn’t know could rust, will rust! Our garage is under the building. Affordable luxury...

A good full time chef will cost you for sure 150k per year. Then food and ingrediants probably another 50k more per year. 200k per year just for food would be expensive even for a rich person whos appartment costs 8millions

This is an amazing Porsche design tower with a car elevator and car garage gallery. I think comedian Jerry Seinfeld a lover of Porsche car probably has a condo in this building. I like the white marble and rosewood kitchen, I like the master bedroom with a colorful sofa. I like the master bathroom with the big walk-in shower. I like the guest bedrooms. I like the wonderful view of the ocean and the balcony.

Ha thanks to the algorithm I am coming across this video. I'm a local to Aventura of the past 10 12 years and I have witnessed this building going up. it is interesting to see what is inside as I am a long time Porsche fan, but I'm honestly unable to afford one. (That 356 A looks like one a executive who owns a few working in Hollywood. He's got that, a Blue and Black 911 SC, and a Gulf 911 2.7 RS) I did to do automotive design throughout high school and college, but since the recession was unable to break into the industry, so forever I'll be an admirer of cars. Living vicariously through your video here, now I see what's finally inside that building. The public beach there on 172nd is the only reason to visit that area. Safe to say, I am not disappointed 👍🏾

It’s actually called zabrano and is from Central Africa. Our lobby and bay room at Waverly used a lot of it during the renovation in 2013.

Well the garage feature is cool. Great outdoor space!
But the condo overall seems cold or office like. Almost everything being put out there today is candy cutter one room open space. I wouldnt want to spend 8 million dollars on a four room condo that I see half of, as soon as I walk in the door. But that is the trend today which is exactly that trendy and it will be out dated soon enough.
The reason for the price is the high demand, it’s the same reason some won’t understand people paying millions to live in Manhattan!
Well if that many people can afford 8 million dollars for a condo. I'm moving to Miami for a sugar daddy lol

I like the part at 8:36 where you can see that the condo has zero privacy. Good job trying to hide it with the curtain though.
The sun is on the balcony and the pool only in the mornings, unfortunately. Otherwise it’s a great building and unit. Perfect man bachelor pad. For me as a woman I prefer lighter units such as Jade Signature, for example, where it’s all white design.

Crazy cool condo, but I don’t like the elevator doors right off the Living Room or that outdoor Jacuzzi blocking what should have been floor to ceiling windows in the Living Room.
It's 2020. Feel lucky just to crash on my brother's couch in the trailer park this last year. But thanks, anyway.

Entire southern side and view of the Porsche Design building is BLOCKED from a huge adjacent high rise. The sun is blocked and the view is NON existent on the southern side of the building. This is a MAJOR DEFECT of the Porsche building location.
