- Channel 4's hit show Four in a Bed features four sets of accommodation providers from all over Britain who take it in turns to host each other, to decide which of their establishments provides the best value for money. Here is Nelson and Mary's first stop, a lovely little bed and breakfast in Thrisk, North Yorkshire.
Having seen Amanda and Mike on Four in a Bed, I would definitely not stay at their premises if visiting their area from Australia. I cannot believe their rudeness and wonder how they thought that their behaviour, attitude and comments would be a good promotion for their property. Take some lessons in how to treat others from your competitors - it isn't all about military precision!
On the other hand, I would be happy to stay in any one of the other three properties because there was warmth and welcome at all of them.
i love when they slag each other off
Very elegant hotel they have! 🍷🍽 🌷
Borrowby Mill is currently on the market for £40k (lease rather than sale). The B&B seemed pleasant enough, even if the owners weren't. The other contestants came across OK, and Mary was lovely - I don't know why she described herself as Marmite.
Marys husband looks like Prince William when he smiles and doesnt sound American.
Donna Jackson he looks nothing like him . Don't insult prince william.
I thought so too. When he was driving from the side view.
I love this show
very fantastic
I lived in Yorkshire for 10 years. And Amanda is NOT a typical Yorkshire person. I met so many people in Yorkshire, and all where friendly and nice. This woman is just pain mean and nasty.
Only ever stayed in a B&B twice that was nearly 50 years ago when myself & my parents did a tour of relatives in the north & in Wales, we were in London, the car was an old Austin Westminster , the top speed was under 50 miles an hour, stopped in two B&B's they were OK , nothing special, last time was around 10 years go but we stayed in a Travel Inn about 4 miles from the town we visited as its a tourist area & the prices are OTT, it was OK but that's all I want somewhere clean & tidy at a reasonable price.
Anyone know where the rest of this weeks B&Bs are? So funny, really want to see how the rest of the week went ..

What is with these married couples who cannot say a pleasant word to each other? Nelson says "I wanted a dream boat but I got a tub boat" -- yeah, pal, well I guess it's a good thing since she apparently does all the skut work! I wonder if their place is for sale because they split up.
nelson did not say that dumb shit
Why am I only able to see episode 1 of this particular week? It says channel 4 has blocked it outside the uk, anyone know why?
And it's also missing from All4 app, what happened that week?
Oh right, so there is no way to watch the other four episodes
Michael Flynn yeah me too
Weird
@@michaelfly83 use a VPN and they will play perfectly
I'm located outside the UK and I'm able to watch the other episodes. Maybe something has changed, since you posted your comment.
+Nelson Haerr what did you think of Richmond House Hotel
Makes me laugh, watched this when it was originally aired and was utterly disgusted particularly by Amanda, and now you can only watch their episode, not the other ones where she absolutely disgraces herself and has you screaming at the telly. But they haven't blocked this episode have they? Funny that! 🤔🤔
I watched all four yesterday
(Moira Ashton) I've just watched them all ,
I like the way the British always say homely for what we call a homey house...here homely refers to an ugly person
I can't bear it when people say "pound" instead of pounds!
If she says "90 pound" does she then say "50 pences"? Lots of Americans say 'cent' instead of 'cents' (it's a country term) but I have never heard anyone say 'dollar' instead of 'dollars' -- wonder why that is.
Dee Sea lol nigerians say dollar quite often instead of dollars
Actually, I have heard American say 'dollar' as well -- my own Godfather said it -- he was from the backwoods of Kentucky and he would say "I'll give 5 dollar for that". LOL!
I'm so with you! I may be shot down in flames but it's so.... common :)
How can you struggle with the shower? Lol
What season?
whos the prat in the RAF uniform what no medal ribbons & a kings crown on his cap badge prat
That woman amanda ' s laugh is quite annoying .
