Thanks Doc 😎
My walking gait is weird. My calves are weak due to nerve damage, so I don’t get much forward propulsion with each step so my upper body leans forward to compensate.
Have you read "The Spinal Engine"? Interesting theory and somewhat controversial I'm guessing?
solution for this problem???
what should we do to get relief from this???
Look for a personalised muscle training routine. Maybe be caused by a muscle imbalance
Does anyone else get really bad anxiety and constantly trying to walk straight when in public? This has affected my life so much I’ve not left my house in 9months
Yes indeed. I think people think I'm intoxicated but I don't do drugs or alcohol. Just do the best I can. Now I wear splint for dropfoot and have to use a rolling device for balance when walking. I hate it!!😡 You should see your doctor about it or a neurologist. They diagnosed me with ms., unfortunately for me.
Yes, when its cold outside my feeling in the left leg is 40% down, I have balance problems when I walk also. I can never run again also, even when its warm. I don't get it...
But I stay working on the docks. I must pay attention at work because of balance problems
@@danielsalomein8071 have you been to the doctor? If so what did he/she say?
@@adammaznev4069 they first taught it was from my back. But the mri results shows that It couldn't be from there. I been to several hospitals and doctors. Nobody told my the reason or a solution. Difficult to find I guess
@@danielsalomein8071 think how does radiation impact muscle weakness and nerve damage? And think WiFi, laptop on your legs, restless legs, microwaves which internet is sometimes transferred by and then 5G
