The Brooks Wingman FGC is amazing! My old Hori Fighting Stick 3 for the PS3 wasn't on their supported list, but when I reached out to them, they were confident it would still work. So I went ahead and bought it, and it worked flawlessly! I was even (with a little guidance) able to remap all the buttons so that L1 and L2 are now on the far right of the board instead of the left. Playing Street Fighter 6 and Injustice 2 feels so much better with an arcade stick than the DualSense controller. I'm so looking forward to playing Tekken 8 next year!. 👍
I've never owed a fight stick but was in the market for one. But this thing sounds like it opens so many more door , I'm deffo getting one 👍
My only problem with using the 8bitdo arcade stick with the ps5 is that for some reason, the share and touch pad button inputs are both mapped to the select button on the arcade stick.
If one were to plug a usb hub into the fcg converter, is it possible to use two controllers at the same time?
How do you get it to flash a blue light on the PS5? I updated the firmware but it's not working on the PS5.
what profile were you using on the 8bitdo pro 2 when connecting? I've been trying with all the four of them, but none seems to be connecting. It almost looks like it is still looking for bluetooth connections instead of using the cable.
I got the Pro 2 working using the 8BitDo USB adapter 2, but only after I updated the firmware on the 8BitDo to the latest version. It didn’t work for me before that; whenever I paired the joypad and adapter when it was connected to the Wingman, the adapter would just switch off and the light on the Wingman would go back to flashing on and off (as opposed to a steady light) as if it was looking for a connection. I used Switch mode S for connecting. It didn’t work in wired for me in any mode.

I actually asked a Brooks rep if i could plug in my ps2→ps4 adapter to the wingman and he advised me not to because the latency would drive me crazy
