I've done the knot in my plastic bags for YEARS! It makes it easy to undo the knot when you put the groceries away rather than a standard knot.
I drive a Jeep & always tie my grocery bags in knots so nothing blows out but then I have to rip bags open & can't reuse them! Thanks for the information!!!
Yea, I’ve used the plastic bag trick for years too (mainly coz it was different at the beginning...) but it easier to unknot when needing to open again 😊 no ripping and wasting bags... 😊
The candle one looked pretty cool, but the melon one I've seen before and still don't understand why it isn't just easier to put some watermelon in a glass with whatever flavour of drink you like, you don't have to wait 24 hours then 😂

I feel like using their trick when tying a bag is so that the knot is easier to undo. I know when I knot a bag, I have a tendency to pull it tight and having to rip the bag open to get to the inside contennts.

With the knot, I find if you double tie it normally and then actually carry semi heavy stuff in it, the knot gets really hard to open. With the hack knot, you can probably un tie it way easier
