Those are screwed together in series and will not be in balance over time - consider adding a balance charger (i.e. BMS) since this can account for unmatched cells during discharge (won't pull too much from under performing cells with higher internal resistance) and will keep them evenly charged.

Good idea but "not yet available" for consumer purchase. Nobody has wanted to offer this kit yet. It must be made "dummy proof" before it's safe to market to the general public. Better yet, it should be offered pre-built to avoid accidents.
It doesn't appear that headway-headquarters has the 38120S 10Ah individually, used in this video in stock, instead you have to buy a much more expensive DIY kit or go with the 38120HP 8Ah batteries. They do sell 40152S 15Ah cells however they are 2mm thicker and 30mm longer and cost ~$10.00 more. If anyone has this kit and has/can test with 40152S 15Ah cells, it would be great to know if these can fit in the PVC pipeing.

why heat shrink them ? and doesn't the hear shrink top the battery vent from working ? I mean there would be no were for anything to vent.
