20:50 as a Sona main I agree with you. Maxing Q is irrelevant on Sona. The on hit buff from the passive scales with level and ap. Not skill level. It might help on the early levels of the game. I rather go at 11 4-4-1-2 on Q-W-E-R abilities. Maxing E instead Q on very few scenarios. And I don't always get tear on Sona. It's really odd buying archangel staff on a game. Regarding mythic item Moonstone and Shurelias fit perfect on Sona. But also Imperial Mandate. I don't usually get that item but pairing with a Draven sometime helps a lot. Procing Imperial Mandate with purple passive can make a Draven 3 shot an adc at lvl 9. Draven does more damage, both of you and him get movement speed and the purple passive slows the enemy. Yummy.

sonas purple passive does not apply the imperial mandate effect, sadly.

@@bluehair9820 totally true. I had to try it and yes, E passive doesn't proc IM. Hmmm... idk if it's worth only for your R. Maybe as a very last item, when you have high ammount of haste and full stacked and you can use R every 20ish seconds xD
