AG's office releases bodycam footage in fatal Rochester police shooting

Rochester police fatally shot Todd Novick, 46, around 8:30 a.m. on December 24 on Murray Street. Investigators said officers were called to the scene for reports of a man with a gun.

I knew this dude from my Santee street days. Surprised he went out this way. He must have been geeked on something. It’s honestly kinda crazy how many of these guys I know who keep popping up in these videos.
