Yvonce' sounds like my stepsister. I told her and her bf that we were going to do an IVF treatment and she didn’t look up at all from her phone. Completely ignored me. Her bf however was excited. Three days later she text me telling me that she’s “there” for me and supports me. I don’t believe anything that she says. I don’t hang out with her. What hurts the most is that we were very close at one point in our lives and then “life happened”. I don’t even take time out of my day to make conversation.
Jealousy and negativity is a disease. That is what I experience a lot. But, God protects me from all manner of evil. Everyone is not going to like you. I remember there was this woman I use to work with and she used to try to avoid me at all cost. I didn't realize it at first until she flat out admitted to me that she did not like me at first. She would purposely try to go another way with my coworkers, when I'd come around for break. Or when we were around she would keep convo minimum, pretty much most of the points you stated in this video. I didn't really think much of it at first, I'm there to work anyway not make friends. If I happened to gain a friend or acquaintance then cool, if I didn't no biggie. I would mind my business for the most part but be cordial with most. One day a whole bunch of my coworkers turned against her because of some misunderstanding and possibly her attitude, -toxic work environment to say the least, and I was the only one who was neutral for the most part. I wasn't apart of any drama that would consist at my job. When a handful of my coworkers started acting weird around her, I remained the same, my professional neutral self. Eventually we became kind of cool because no one else wanted to talk to her like that. She said you're a real one and "I didn't like you at first, I don't know why. I wish I didn't think like that, I'm just judgemental at times." I think because I kept to myself and am secure in my solitude, she didn't like that about herself, because she herself was rather quiet as well. Also many times people that are judgemental are often highly critical of themselves, and in return they project that judgement on to others just as much. Whatever that reason is, some people are just not going to like you and that's ok. Just keep being you and living in your authenticity the right people will dig your vibe.
