I just set up this A.R.C. set and go through some of the settings and a race. It's a pretty slick system, and easily the best out of the box system for 2 lane analog 1/32 scale racing.
It's pretty cool. Normally that kind of stuff is firmly in the realm of a PC running special software. Being able to use a mobile device makes the fun of race management and simulation features much more accessible to the casual racer. :)
bottom and side, yeah. That's a pretty sloppy bug to not have fixed already, but I would expect it to be fixed prior to Christmas. Hopefully some of the other bugs will be fixed, too.
Greg Gaub Yeah, I had a Samsung galaxy tab 3 but it was the 7.0 so it wouldn't work, However I happened to walk past a phone shop that were giving away free tabs with a £10 a month contract, I tested in store and the app worked so signed up!!
No. This is the ARC One, and is an "analog" power base. The cars stay in their lane, and need no modifications to run on this track. The same is true of the ARC Air, which has wireless controllers. It is still an analog power base. Only the digital ARC Pro requires cars to be chipped.
I declined to buy one as my devices were not compatible. However, I know a bit about them, and I have easy access to them nearby, so can probably take on most questions. Any that I can't handle, I'll pass on to those on various forums online. Anything troubling you currently?
Thanks Greg. Oh there's just a bunch of features I would love them to add which they probably will. However I was wondering if anyone has figured out how you can back up and or edit all the inputted data (like custom cars) on a PC. Also if you input all your track does it make configurations for you based on what you have? Cheers
cool, a APP for this raceset... I never knew this before. TX for this cool video !! :-)
incl. Pitstop..nice
Got mine for Christmas!!
That looks like fun!

Your is the same where the logos at the bottom are stretched. Glad it isn't just my tab.

can you show a drag strip race, thax
Probably not. I don't have much free time for this kind of stuff these days.
Hi, Can I extend the tracks for the this app based game
Yes. The layout can be as long as you like.
Do the cars have to have decoders fitted?

Do you have one Greg?
Are you open for questions?
Thanks for your time
