On the first Saitama combo you showed, usually after the rapid punches, I jump and do the drop kick thing, then normal uppercut, but either way works. A kick will do a little more damage than a mini uppercut, but a mini uppercut is harder to escape. That's the difference.

smoll tip: try baiting them into using unragdoll before combo or ur combo will get ruined (for begineers)
