@@_veronica_roh I love Tony's chocolate. Maybe it suits the UK palate better but I honestly thought it was delicious, definitely worth a try if you haven't tried already!
I wish I could in an economic situation where I could own reptiles/amphibians. The vicarious enjoyment I get out of watching the care of these animals can't be beat!
We want axolotls but we have to let our house get HOT in the summer because we're already paying $400 to cool it down to 80°, which is way above their safe temperature. Even with a tank cooler we can't get it cool enough for them. Frustrating desert weather.
You can keep bugs! They're very cheap to keep and very fun too! I keep/breed silkworms/moths because I adore them, I have a use for their cocoons (home made silk babey), and I plan on keeping some lizards in the future so I'll have feeders ready to go. I'm planning on getting dubias too, just wanna get breeding silkmoths down first. I spent €30 on getting everything I needed for the silkworms when I started out, including eggs and feed. They're more expensive to keep than other feeders since they require mulberry chow, so something like dubias would be even cheaper!
The way the man from Dragonwood whistles when he talks reminds me so much of my late grandad ❤️❤️ haven’t heard that noise in a long time and never realised how much I missed it.
He reminded me of my grandmother too! She really couldnt whistle if she tried but that never stopped her from doing that little choppy whistle when she was concentrating on something. He also reminded me of the way gopher from winnie the pooh talked haha
He was on a USARK video that I believe was done by Ed and Emily, he's so knowledgeable and passionate about reptile/animal conservation! I could listen to him all day!

Laura is so nice! One time my isopods sadly passed away, the entire colony. She was so nice she sent me another group for free!!! I 100% recommend her company.
Those tegus are gorgeous. Wow. As are the Caimans, love Cuban crocodiles, love how they run. I remember when my sister took me to the Seattle zoo and I got to see one run, way way back in 95. The elephants were astonishing to me, I knew that they were big, but when the matriarch came up and looked at me I cried because she was so amazing. I'll never forget that.

I think the last thing they want to do is breed Randy. The good news is that I'm pretty sure that gnome is a male, as it has a beard, which is a fairly good indicator of sex in gnomes. Males have beards, females don't. (Note: This only applies to garden gnomes, NOT fantasy gnomes, they are a whole other species(

Smug Bug is awesome. I volunteered with USARK to gather donations for the auctions from vendors, and they were SUPER generous with their USARK auction donations too. It was pretty much a whole set up if someone wanted to start their own isopod business or just had tons of large colonies, they'd not go without.

The 1st time I watched it with my best friend and her daughter, and when it got to the black light part, the 7 year old said "OK now I want a black light and an Axolotl!!" I paused the video, and I said "funny you should mention that because Emily has been talking about doing a night hike, where you would get to do something like that." She had no words, but the cutest smile on her face. I love watching you guys so much that it is so humbling for me that she loves you guys as much as I do. My best friend loves you guys too.
I claim full responsibility for that LOL 😆
P.S. Took me WAY TOO LONG to figure out what BSFL meant LOL I need to go to bed, it's 4 AM!!
I got to meet Emily today! It was great. If you have the chance go and meet her!! And Ed. He wasnt there today. She was so nice and signed my shirt and told me a college she thought would be good to study reptiles! I was so happy when i got to the car i cried. I was not about to do that when i was talking to her cause gosh she would think she did something wrong. The facility is so cool too! Mark my words im going to go back to that facility sometime. And maybe take a beardie with me.
I love learning about different things, like I’m into bugs but learning where the feed comes from and stuff is so cool!
