In this clip, Mob James started off reacting to Nipsey Hussle’s longtime friend “Cowboy” taking the stand in Eric Holder’s trial, where he recounted the day that Nipsey was killed. Mob James addressed the backlash that Cowboy got for taking the stand, and he pointed out that Cowboy never pointed at Eric Holder and implicated him as the gunman. Mob James explained that Cowboy didn’t snitch about anything, he was simply speaking about a conversation between Nipsey and Eric. Mob James went on to explain that “everything comes with circumstances,” and he went on to speak about reports of Eric Holder being mentally unstable. If i look at the footage published by alex alonso, it looks like they were arguing based on nips hand gestures. If you look at the master burger footage you can see holder breathing heavy and losing it after returning from the conversation. His demeanor changed opposed to how he was acting when he ordered, before talking to nip. And in that other footage you can see nip gesturing like an angry italian during the conversation.

Cowboy was a nail in Eric’s case tho. Eric’s defense claimed it was a crime of passion, attempting to reduce his sentence. Cowboy denied that the “snitch” incident happen which furthers and supports the prosecutors case. In conclusion, Cowboy helps convict Eric of murder and that increases his time.
