My theory is that when penny was born in a while later when she was around 3 to 5 she had cancer and the doc said she is going to die. They then threw penny to the basement because they think it’s embarrassing. After they had penny’s replacement, peppa and then had George. Penny was always looking outside wondering why she was treated this way. But surprisingly, penny didn’t die. Penny was cured. But her parents never visited her and thinks if they go there it would just be a dead body. But if penny actually died then there would definitely have a smell which is kinda dumb of them. But every night penny sneaks out and find food to eat and bring back to the basement to survive. Why she didn’t run away? Because she needed food and shelter or she would definitely die in the middle of no where. *ITS JUST MY THEORY*
