These are fine as long as you don’t add too much sugar. Incorporate a fruit or two, some seeds, nuts, Greek yogurt with no added sugar and you have a real nice nutritious breakfast.

But its all natural sugar ? What's the issue here. If this isnt an ideal breakfast what is. I think this is a major improvement from sugar filled Cereals with close to no Nutritional value or white bread with sugar filled spreads
