Women who enter LDRs do so because the guys they actually want do not give them the time of day. So she gets with some dude she met online just to feel wanted and have her doses of attention and validation. THe same goes for men. It screams low-value and scarcity mindset. I say this and I've been in one myself. These days of low-value are over. Work on yourself, gentlemen. Divert your efforts in local relationships, whether it is meeting them online or in person. Just don't waste your time on LDRs unless you want to be living in misery.
I had a two year long distance relationship and now we are married with children 15 years and going strong. I agree with coach, it does not work but there are exceptions and you need huge amount of luck to pull it off. Don't work with Western women, not a chance in Hell.
Bottom line is it's a demonstration of low value - you are basically saying you have no better options closer to home and thus the best you can do is date a girl in another city/country whatever. And any half attractive girl is going to get attention from other guys IRL. So it's not going to be long before a guy who she perceives to be higher value comes along and she's going to Monkey Branch.
Make friends with loneliness it's not as bad as it appears to be. Because being subservient to a woman and having your dignity and finances stripped away from you it's often a hit that many men cannot recover from. When a woman wants to be with you she will make it easy for you. Hope when it comes to women can be very dangerous. More often than not this is what drives men to suicide or violence. This situation gets repeated ad nauseum in LDR videos but it wasn't our situation. I was never scared of her getting bored and cheating. I was scared of me getting bored and cheating! Actually I wasn't scared. I was bored as hell. I didn't cheat, but the lack of physical intimacy (well, physical everything), the daily video calls, the constant chatting on the phone, it was tearing my soul apart. The uncertainty of our future together as well (it was during the pandemic and we lived in different countries, so double uncertainty). People get it so wrong when they think cheating would be a problem. No, it would have been a RELIEF to one day pick up up the phone and hear her tell me she cheated. At least the pain would have been over then and I would have easily be able to move on with my life and say no to all future LDR.
I have a mental illness and have wound up in an LDR. It is extremely hard because I know that real life will always trump everything else (we've seen each other as much as we could which helped) on top of female inclinations, and my disorder causes me anxiety about the future and uncertainty. I have to really accept the possibility this will blow-up in my face.
long distance dating is great.u can date the lady and after awhile when things arent new anymore ,she will say because of distance its not working out .then u can move on to the next and look like the good guy because u didnt end it she did .its great.

Don’t wanna intervene and appear needy now, but since it’s a long distance relationship I’m kinda sad it may take a long time for her to realise its not meant to happen. We are both 21 with her now

I guess she s like 5 months into this thing with a foreign guy, I suspect it’s still a honeymoon phase, so imma wait unti autumn at least probably
