I had to size up. Too narrow in the toe box if you have a little wide feet. First time this happens to me. That's how narrow they are.

Hey so just wondering how much mid sole is on the shoe? I’ve had airforces and they feel very chunky and almost like bricks on my feet because of how much mid sole are on them. Are the 550s more of a flat shoe or more of a shoe that that has more mid sole?

These are way different than air forces so it wouldn't be a good comparison but to answer the question these are slimmer in the midsole area. They won't feel like bricks and if you take a look at my on feet look you will see that they don't look as bulky as an AF1. They fit better than AF1's.

I bought a pair I can’t even wear them because they look like a duck beak at the front of the shoe😑 they should have rounded them off at the front feel like I got ripped of from false advertising

yeah, I know what you mean. Some pairs are like that for whatever reason. They definitely fit different than a lot of kicks in the front. Sorry it didn't work out for you 😕.
