When I am clicking the virus Sprite after opening the link you have sent in description it is showing that file is not supported and I am not able to open it so pls suggest what can I do?
Do not open it, download it and upload it in scratch directly, it will open there properly

for some reason when i hover my hammer over the virus, it counts as a point without actually clicking my mouse. How can i fix this please??
We have shown a similar issue in the video
You need to use "when mouse clicked" block along with "when touching mouse"

How to copy circle from spirit one to spirit 2
You can use the copy paste tool in the pain editor
If that does not work for you then the simplest way would be to dowload the sprite, right click on it and select export, then upload it back in your game
