If you want to make a tie then,
22:21 - At this point, in the small block where he adds 9 things in a repeat 9 times loop, create a new variable named Blocks(or anything else you want) and then below add count to cells, put change Blocks count by 1.
1.Create one more new variable, name Winner(or anything else you want) and then on top of the when green flag click set Winner to false. Also set blocks to 0.
2.And then go into the large block that creates the AI line winner. In the same block, under every if then block, set Winner to true.
3.Finally add a last if then under the forever loop under the when I start as clone. Put a and block on the screen and then take out 2 equals to blocks from the operators section.
4.On one equals to block add blocks = 9 and on the other winner = false. Then inside that add a new broadcast Tie.
5.Go to the area in the other sprite where you add the winner screen. Then make a new screen, copy and paste the winner code, and then set switch costume to tie.

these are the best scratch videos i can find i think there better than griffpatch and also easy you should ave lots of likes and subs
if anybody has a problem in the second row, it is actually 4=5 and 5=6. And then in the next line, item 4 of cells = x, instead of 3=4 and 4=5. I had a problem and that fixed it.

I'm trying to make a tic tac toe game in Scratch too. I am using this video as a guide for making my tic tac toe Scratch project. I pause or rewind when I don't know what to do.
Design:
- Black and white grid made with Publisher
- WordArt shapes (instead of an X and an O, I used a pentagon and a clover, made with WordArt.)
