Impressive speed on the keyboard! Where are these problems defined?

Thanks Geoff, yes, I've spent too long doing them I guess! I've collated some especially hard/varied TVM problems here: forum.swissmicros.com/viewtopic.php?p=32400#p32400, it should have references for where the problems originally came from if you scroll down the top table.

@duncanmurray6587 Thanks for taking the time to reply! That is an incredible resource, firstly your initial extensive posting then the well informed responses. I've seen a lot of discussion of TVM problems on the HP Museum forum recently too. I have a 50g and some other non-financial HP models. This might tip me into exploring TVM. Thanks again.
Did you code those functions, or are they built in to the DM42?

@@geoff_at_work Thanks Geoff, yes so many contributions to the data, there and also on a similar thread on hp forums. It's a bit of maths/CS curiosity but the rabbit hole is surprisingly deep! Yes I wrote this program (forum.swissmicros.com/viewtopic.php?p=30483#p30483) to try to emulate the UI style of the best solvers (HP-12c/37/38/17B etc) on the DM42, but got curious as to all the different methods and more elaborate methods to get better precision. I have largely translated code and ideas from much cleverer people though!
