As far as maths is concerned, u need to prepare at a hhg level, just to be on the safer side, because u wont want to be caught off guard..

You are absolutely correct puja. It is the customers only which make any industry or organisation a success or a failure. But the point and the intention behind what i said, specifically in this case, is employment generation, providing loan to first time traders, taking risk and seeing ur trust bore fruits. If banks werent providing loans to small traders, this would not have been possible.

Hi,
If u are not comfortable with puzzles, then dont waste ur time on puzzles. Try to strengthen ur other areas, like seating arrg, coding decoding, blood relations. You can score enough marks without attempting puzzles to clear ur category cut off.

You didn't mention about the termination during the confirmation period
i guess i mentioned, nevertheless, the pattern for confirmation is changed now. there is no particular confirmation test after two years. The POs are tested gradually over the period of two years on various aspects and trainings and are given marks accordingly. After two POs are judged on marks acquired out of 1000. People with more than 750 marks are promoted to Deputy Manager, 600-750 as Asst. Manager and below 600 are terminated.
