    In 2023 this is music to my ears Sir👍🏻I've just picked one up to pair with my Garmin edge 530 for my training rides. I'm so glad I have it now because accuracy is key. Thanks for sharing👍🏻

    Thank you for making this video, very helpful. The Garmin HRM Dual is cheaper than Polar Verity Sense, but the results are pretty good.

    Thank you. I was struggling to connect and your comment regarding wetting the inside solved this so thanks

    Hi, can it connect to galaxy watch 5 and replace his hart beat sensor ? For getting more accurate results then just using only watch sensor ?

      Hi it has Bluetooth so you can definitely connect it to your Galaxy watch

    very good video but i have a question when i wear the hrm dual does my cell phone have to be nearby or does the device save it itself so i can use it without my cell phone or watch

      Thanks!
      About your phone: The HRM dual doesn’t have an internal memory so it just broadcasts your HR to a paired device.
      You can check out my video about the Polar Verity sense if your interested in HRM with internal memory

      You need your watch or phone with you. Whatever device you have paired it with. Usually a watch.

    This might be a dumb question but once connected to your watch, it’ll show your heart rate based on the hrm dual and not the wrist hrm during a run correct?

    • @RunWithMyDog
      @RunWithMyDog  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Yes it should. You can double check by looking at the back side of the watch while in activity: If there's a green light, it ,means that the HR is coming from the watch, otherwise it comes from the HRM

      @@RunWithMyDogmy Garmin forerunner 255 says the Dual is connected but the green light doesn’t turn off. I’m about to send the Dual back.

    Does this device work offline? Can I sync up the data after wearing during a soccer match?

    • @RunWithMyDog
      @RunWithMyDog  Před 2 lety +1

      It doesn't have an internal memory. You need a higher end Garmin HRM or something like the Polar Verity Sense.
      You can check my video about it

    Did you know that, if you have a samsung galaxy Phone, you don’t need strava ? You have the GPS and you can pair a heart rate device in samsung health.

    I am a coach. Imagine i want to control the HR of my student. And have the watch in my wrist (garmin fenix) and my student hás the hrm band in the chest. The HR showed in the watch is mine or my student’s?

    • @RunWithMyDog
      @RunWithMyDog  Před 8 měsíci

      You can check it out easily by looking at the bottom of your watch, if it will blink green it means it's using your watch internal HR, if it will show no light so the HR number is coming from your student's HR
