I’ve started this fitness journey a few years back. I didn’t know what to do, how to train and what are my goals.
Since I started incorporating sport tech in my training, I was able to scientifically track my progress and fell in love with all the statistics I was able to get out of it.
Starting this channel was a logical continuity of this fitness journey and I’m so excited to share my experiences with you.

You are correct :)
Did you know that, if you have a samsung galaxy Phone, you don’t need strava ? You have the GPS and you can pair a heart rate device in samsung health.

I have a Apple Watch 3, why doesn’t mine have any of those workout options? I can’t make my own custom one at all, all I can do is the blue (distance) and yellow (time) and can’t even change anything about either of them

It depends, if you prefer to have full topo map, an AMOLED display and premium look, go for the 965, otherwise the 255 is a great choice
I’m really happy with my forerunner 965, but for heart rate reading, i use à coros heart rate arm band. It’s bether.

But how to find correct exercise? I dont know all specific names of excercises... Is anywhere a guide for it?
You can choose a predefined workout or build your own. If you'll have a look at the muscle heatmap after you'll create it you can see which muscle group was affected
My Shokz isn’t appearing on the Bluetooth list. Annoying
Did you try to revoke the bluetooth in the headphones? Try to turn off and then turn on again and keep pressing the on button until you hear "pairing"

Yes it means it's not connected. If you already paired it try to start an activity, usually it will auto detect the HRM before the activity starts

My Venu 2 plus disconnects after 60 secs and back to normal watch heart rate. I’ve tried turning that off etc but still no good. Any ideas please? 🙏
Which type of HRM do you have? If it's an ECG strap like the HRM dual, maybe you should make sure that the connectors are wet enough before starting the activity. Also you may try another HRM to see if the problem persists
It’s from my garmin Edge 520. I’ve just read that external HR will only work during an exercise so that makes sense. The wrist HR is so far off when zwifting on bike it’s crazy. I don’t really need the watch HR as have other devices but nice to know how they work. Thanks for your reply
This might be a dumb question but once connected to your watch, it’ll show your heart rate based on the hrm dual and not the wrist hrm during a run correct?
Yes it should. You can double check by looking at the back side of the watch while in activity: If there's a green light, it ,means that the HR is coming from the watch, otherwise it comes from the HRM

You’re review is good , But in my opinion you should not consider Apple Watch as a sports watch . Compare the garmin with other garmin watches or other sports watches . Apple in my opinion smart watch not a sport watch . Expecting next video from you

You get a lot more value with the 255 or even the Coros Pace 3. Here you're paying Garmin's Amoled tax.
I'm a big fan of Coros and the 255 is a great watch. However Coros doesn't support Spotify or other music providers. Also the AMOLED screen is quite nice :)

It really depends Coros provides more features at a lower price point or at least at the same price However, the user experience in my opinion is better on Garmin. The FR 165 has an AMOLED display and a music variant The Coros Pace 3 has more modes such as Triathlon, connection to power meters and more It all depends, do you want offline music support and you're mainly a runner? For that the answer is probably the FR165, For more features otherwise get the Pace 3

If i setting heart rate alert on garmin, is the alert will be works base on polar h10 or garmin's heart rate sensor?
If you pair it to your watch the Hr should be based on the POlar h10, you can check it out by looking if there's a green light coming from your watch during the activity. If not, it means the HR is based on the external HR

If I finish a run with it does garmin tell me that this run was done with the chest strap heart rate monitor?. I dont wanna use i t now think it is working, but in the end it took the data from my watach and not from my polar h10
Are you sure? Please check when you start the activity and during if you see the green light on the back of your watch, if not it means that the chest strap was working

I have bought a new coros heart rate monitor and am unable to connect to my garmin vivoactive hr. I have disconnected and restarted everything but that hasn’t resolved it. When I add new sensor / heart rate, I get the message wear to connect, which I am doing. Can you offer any solution?
