Recorded in Seattle, during the last show of their 2002 Summer Of Love Tour, sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson and company put on one fantastic performance. New members of the group include Scott Olson on guitar (longtime guitarist Howard Leese is no longer with the band), Mike Inez on bass guitar, Ben Smith on drums and Tom Kellock on keyboards.

The live rendition is mind blowing! Ann Wilson is so underrated! Her capacity to hit every single note clearly and flawlessly is undeniable! Such a beautiful song. It will still be heard in 2030. I’m sure about that.
There are times when words are simply inadequate. Listening to their incredible talent brings tears of joy to my eyes. If there is a woman better in rock than Ann Wilson, I haven't heard her.

Its rare to hear a woman sing with such power and emotion while packaging it with such a beautiful sound. Kinda hypnotizes you right before popping you in the nose ha! Both are out of my era, but Janis Joplin is another one I adore for the exact same reason. The Grunge era was exactly the wrong time period from my tastes in music. The only band I cared for was Alice in Chains who ironically had influences from Heart. 🤷🏽♂️

I was 9 years old when Heart released their version of this masterpiece- and even as a youngster I knew how extraordinary and special this song and Ann's vocals were. I am enthralled and enchanted by it still.

I saw Heart live in 1978 and have been listening to the Wilsons since 1976. Ann has always given me goosebumps.
Goosebumps hit me at the chorus.

Her voice is soo powerful that no one in the history of live singing can ever beat her version of the song Alone. I always compare it to the original version. No wonder, no one decided to create their own rendition and put it to records. Only she can nailed it, the one and only. Prowess voice indeed ♥️

So blessed to hear these sisters rock all these decades, they complemented each other so well. Nancy brought her own touch when she sang lead; Ann is such a roaring, belting powerhouse who knew how to use her voice in so many different ways, such strength but also so much tenderness, she has incredible control.

I was the only little girl in my neighborhood that loved rock and roll. I ate, slept, played with my stereo on and because of my choices in music and art, was much an outcast. Heart always made me feel that there were other girls out there like me and they were right. Thank you ladies for that.

Quality music doesn't know age. These two sisters make it hard to improve the level they've set. Amazing voice control and let's not forget they both have voices like gold.

You have to have God given voice to start with otherwise there would be hundreds of Ann Wilson's. Which there is not. And that's including her sister who in her own right sings nicely but she would be the first to tell you she doesn't have the voice that Ann has
