There are laws! To jeopardize public,private or government facilities are not allowed. There are PERMITS to apply for any organization that wants to protest. The reasons for those laws are for PEACE and ORDER --to protect and secure the safety of all citizens. The laws applies to every free country you go to and not just for the United States.
