- Overview of Cho Gao District.
-Cho Gao is a rural district of Tien Giang Province in the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam.
-The administrative center of the district is Cho Gao Town.
-Transportation: Cho Gao District has National Road 50, and the Tien River(which is a tributary of the Mekong River).
-Cho Gao District is 65 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
-Economy: planting fruit trees such as dragon fruit, coconut, breeding cattle, and poultry.
-Currency: Only Vietnam Dong (VND) is allowed to pay.
-Total area: 229.43 km2.
-Total population (1/4/2019 census): 186,034.
-Density: 811/ km2.
-The local people are very friendly and cheerful with visitors.
