i think you are on some crack thank you for asking, moments that sold this for me: Iron giant 4:31 , Super Man 7:23 , Finn 10:29 (because comparing the learning curve on Finn to the learning curve on jake by putting them in the same tier is crazy disrespectful to all jake mains) , Stripe 13:34 , Joker & Harley 14:43 - 17:05 is pure rage bait , Bugs Bunny 19:49 , Black Adam 26:26 (i have so many thing to say about this one that i can't reasonably fit in a comment)
I am so confused about your batman take if you said you can spam dash attack as a noob ok that would understandable but his up special is predictable move that kills after 100 and they have to be already pretty high up, he is extremely light and requires knowledge to ladder which you put joker in challenging for that. Dont misunderstand me Batman is honest character pretty much just beating down opponents up close, so he isnt the hardest but not EASIER THAN WW. However prove me wrong if u can.

(batman u can spam and win) Taz- only has side special and up special compared to batman has everything else going for him overall. Joker- harder to use simply bc his kit requires more vertical attacks whereas batman u can spam up special. u happy now? lol
Velma and Reindog have a bunch of quirks to their movesets and difficult projectiles, whereas IG has a simple moveset and his complex abilities are still simple. (I'm saying this as an IG main my boy is relatively easy)

I think the previous nerf messed up his melee whip combo and thats what made morty mains rely on runaway dirt. I feel like the only Morty user who barely uses the dirt and so many mortys rely on the runaway dirt tactic it will probably stay that way til he gets other stuff buffed or dirt gets nerfed again
