Shankly and Klopp builded the foundation of the great Liverpool, that’s why our Klopp is special! Arne Slot could be a legend (hopefully 🙏🙏) and be very succesful and win more than one Champions Leagues and more than one Premier League; but I still will say that Klopp builded the foundation for Slot and others to succeed! I simply don’t understand why there is no official announcement of Slot’s appointment. Both managers have said it but the club haven’t?
Patience is needed from the fans. Jürgen has barely finished his final game just 18 hours ago. Arne Slot had only just finished his last Feyenord game a little before that. I suspect we will see an announcement within the next week and I also think that a new player signing will be announced soon (days/hours) after. We will probably also hear about Trent's/VVD's/Salah's potential contract extensions within days too. I would be surprised if we lose more than 1 of these 3 players. I hope Alisson stays too, he's got a lot more left on his contract, so hopefully he'll stick around and warm to the new gaffer.

The players we have to worry about losing are, in order Trent, Macca and Ali. Trent and Macca could both end up at Real. Alisson could go to Saudi. Trent was unbelievably upset at the end of the game and the contract talks dragging on is not good. If we lose those players it will rip the spine of the team apart. Then Slot will have an extremely difficult job.
Arne is the best coach for Edwards and he's moneyball, not the best manager if we wont to continue being in top 4...
