I really hope Gibson loses its trademarks and all those classic shapes can be freely made just like how Fenders are.
I love modern guitars, but I’m not buying a Gibson for that. I know they have some stuff that is more modern feel, and that attempts at that. For me, it’s really dumb to sue ppl for a body shape, at the end of the day the guitar will be different, and it just seems greedy for Gibson. Ppl like Gibson for what they are the old school feel and stuff. I’ll be honest I’ll get a Gibson, but won’t be my fave, it will be more like that old muscle car, Like finding an old muscle car that was your birth year kinda thing, that’s me. But no otherwise, i would not buy a Gibson because they are better😂. I hope you get what I’m saying.

So cool to see you playing Jason's signature guitar! Watched his demo video on it yesterday. I met him about 25 years ago, when he was working at Musicmakers in Austin. He put up with young me coming in there just to test drive stuff I couldn't afford, and then steered me in the right direction when I finally got the money to buy my first good amp. Later on, he sold me an old 496R/500T set from one of his old guitars and installed them in my Ibanez Talman. Still have both the guitar and the amp.
If you’re not familiar with Jason's work, check out a band called Human. They were around in the late 90's/early 2000's in the Austin metal scene. He also played in a band called Course of Ruin for a while, with another old friend of mine. Much deserved, Jason! Glad to see you still rockin'! Thanks Ola for recognizing that man's talent and giving him this opportunity!

An Album Tip for you Finsterforst -German band - that have some sensational epic songs. Extremely big band like 7 members and have some huge chorus vocals and brilliant heavy riffs, singing in their language. Mach Dich Frei. Perfect intro....

Tbh those problems are easily fixed, except for maybe the exhaust leak. That might be tricky to pinpoint, but the brakes and suspension are simple, especially on that lil egg of a car.
