- D Mills has decided to run a 5K Trail Run today (Out of the Blue 5k), out of his normal road running comfort zone!
He may struggle at times on the undeleting and uneven terrain - but can he manage to steal an unlikely podium?! - Zábava
I was there supporting my son who finished 1 place behind your brother. I spoke to him at the end and shook he's hand. Even though it was covered in sweat I felt honoured to be touching CZcams royalty. Almost one week later I still haven't washed that hand ✋

Oh man, I need your tips on how realibly get the Garmin stats syncing with the Insta360 Go 3 at the start. What are the instructions you normally give to your brothers? 🙏
Just on the morning of the race to make sure you sync your phone to the camera. The time sync starts going off very quickly if you don't regularly sync them up!
@@CrownMyRun So, for example, connect the little Go 3 to the phone app at 08:55 and then leave it connected before hitting the record button for a 09:00 race start?

@@Mack.Tracks@Mack.Tracks Make sure its connected in its Dock to the phone app on morning of race. You can then turn everything off and take it out the dock and everything should be ready to go. Hope that helps!
